The landscape LAYOUT PLAN sets out the location and connection between the various elements in a landscape. It establishes flow, ensures the functionality of spaces and includes the selection of the building materials for your outdoor spaces.

CONCEPT DRAWINGS detail the layout and look of custom structures like pool retreats, outdoor kitchens, storage sheds and pergolas, to name a few.

A PLANTING PLAN sets out the location of all the plants recommended for your landscape. Our plant knowledge is extensive and site conditions always drive our selections. We strive for planting schemes that not only thrive, but also have strong visual impact. As part of our planting design service, you receive a plant presentation with a photo of each plant recommended and any special plant maintenance requirements.

A LANDSCAPE LIGHTING PLAN not only increases the aesthetic value of your home, but also strengthens its safety and security. It invites people to your home and creates beautiful night-time views by highlighting trees, walkways, architectural elements, gathering spaces and focal points. It also illuminates accident-prone spaces like stairs and pavements. When done right, it increases the enjoyment of your landscape investment, in all four seasons.

Our LANDSCAPE DECORATING service involves the selection of the furniture, statuary, pottery and other decor elements for your outdoors. Our selections imbue your outdoors with comfort and style, adding a layer of sophistication, polish and even drama to the landscape. They reinforce the overall style of your landscape to bring about outdoor living that is truly a notch above.

As part of our landscape decorating service, you receive a design presentation with a vision board, photos of all furnishing recommendations and a product procurement list. In most cases, you will pay the vendor directly for your furnishings.

We generally specify furnishings and decor from our preferred vendors and suggest a starting budget of $10K for purchases. This service is billed at our hourly rates of $175/hr in-office and $195/hr in-field, with a minimum 5-hr contract.
